Marks & Spencer Simply Food at London's Victoria Sation Marks & Spencer Simply Food Proteus Architects is responsible for managing the fitting out of the Marks & Spencer Simply Food stores on main line railway stations and at major airports and motorway service stations, which is a joint venture between Select Service Partner and Marks & Spencer plc. Our responsibilities include working closely with the store designers to produce all necessary drawings in order to obtain Planning/Local Authority consents and landlord’s approval, as well as developing the detailed scheme in conjunction with the nominated contractor. This is achieved through regular site meetings with representatives from both Select Service Partner and Marks & Spencer to ensure that the entire project team is fully briefed on all aspects of the fitting out contract.
