Proteus
Property was founded as a multi-disciplinary property
consultancy specialising in the retail sector. The Group offers
a full range of agency, surveying and architectural services
covering the entire UK. These include acquisitions, disposals,
valuation, rent review, rating, development, design implementation,
project management and CDM. The aim of Proteus is to provide
its clients with strategic property advice, from site finding
through to the management of fitting-out contracts, thereby
delivering the whole process.
Proteus has also undertaken a number of important projects
in central London for such organisations as London Transport,
where as approved consultants, it provided project management
services and secured statutory consents for a wide range of
tenants. Furthermore, Proteus continues to be involved in
significant retail projects on main line railway stations
and at major airports, which underlines its expertise in transit
locations generally.
Proteus has also developed the Open Space Management Concept,
which has resulted in Proteus glazed retail units being
located in numerous prime retail locations thereby creating
exciting new opportunities for tenants and producing significant
income for landlords. These units have been particularly well
received by specialist retailers, transit companies and shopping
centre owners.
Proteus has developed excellent contacts with the major UK
landlords, shopping centre owners, transit companies (British
Airports Authority, Network Rail, Transport for London) and
property consultancy firms which enable the Group to satisfy
the property requirements of both UK and international clients. |
