After a number of years working on retail and office refurbishment projects in a large London practice, he was seconded to IBM for two years to project manage various office projects. He went on to set up his own practice specialising in retail refurbishment before joining the Proteus Property Group. Paul Flindall FRICS IRRV F.LAND INST is the Professional Services Director of Proteus Property Consultants Limited and a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience. He is responsible for all rent review, lease renewal, rating and building consultancy advice. He also works closely with both the agency and architectural teams to ensure that maximum added value is achieved on all projects. Mary-Anne Morel is an Associate Director of Proteus Architects Limited and is responsible for Client liaison on all major projects. She was previously a member of the retail agency team so has considerable experience at co-ordinating the property acquisition and project management processes. Richard Mangnall FCILA MCIArb FInstD FRSA is Financial Director of Proteus Open Space Management Ltd with some 38 years of City experience.
