Bath & Body Works at Bluewater Shopping Centre Bath & Body Works Acting for Limited Brands, Inc., Proteus was responsible for the UK branch development programme of their Bath & Body Works subsidiary. Bath & Body Works trade from over 1,555 stores across the US, offering a full range of personal care and home fragrance products for men and women of all ages. The UK units were opened in major regional shopping centres and high streets around the country. Limited Brands, Inc., is one of the most significant retailing groups in the US, with 7 divisions operating in excess of 3,500 US based stores, including the famous Victoria’s Secret chain. The role undertaken by Proteus covered property acquisition and liaison with Limited Brand’s UK legal advisors through to the management of fitting out contracts as well as providing a full range of professional services. This was achieved through regular contact with Limited Brand’s Head Office in the US regarding all aspects of their property requirements.
