Architectural Services
Proteus offers a full range of architectural services,
from assessing prime retail properties through to the
handing over of the fitted out unit to the tenant. The
Company is normally consulted at an early stage to advise
on the suitability of a proposed high street or shopping
centre unit in regard to the layout of the accommodation,
budget costings and the location of services. We are
also expert at dealing with retail sites in transit
locations, working on behalf of our clients with Railtrack,
BAA and London Underground. We are included on London
Transport Property’s approved list of professional
consultants.
All necessary drawings are on CAD and we are therefore
able to react quickly to the inevitable changes that
occur during a fitting out programme.
We have extensive experience as design team leaders,
working with other professionals in the implementation
of fitting out projects.
Planning/Local Authority Consents
Proteus negotiates on behalf of its clients with local
authorities on all aspects of the planning approval
process, including Planning, Listed Building, Advertisement
and Conservation Area Consents, as well as providing
the necessary information to gain the required approvals.
We also deal with current Building Regulations requirements
as a matter of routine and submit all necessary applications
to gain the required consents.
Budget Costing
The Company advises clients on budget costings based
on its wide knowledge of retail fitting out projects.
We also advise on the cost implications of planning
and programming constraints. |
